Beach and Camping season are right around the corner and for me personally, if I don’t have something comfortable to sit on when I am relaxing, I cannot sit still. I am not much of a camper but I sure am a beach goer. My kids love to play in the sand but they do not like to sit on the sand. They tell me it gets into their bathing suits and they complain all the time about it. I alway tell them to sit on a blanket but somehow it never helps. This blanket is SUPER large. It came to my house packaged and for a minute I did not understand what it was until I saw the label. When I opened it up fully this was a lot larger than I expected.  It measures at 4′ 9″ x 6′ 7″x 0.2″ when opened up, and when wrapped up and closed, it is 13″ x 8″ x 2″. It is very cute and kinda fashionable. The blanket mat is waterproof and also sand proof (which makes me very happy). I have to admit, I really like how thick the material is as well.

This blanket has so many uses! It is perfect for camping, picnics, hiking, or keeping in your car for an emergency, even suitable for baby crawl and play at home. The best part is this is VERY easy to clean. The top layer can be wiped with warm water and mild soap. The bottom waterproof layer can be cleaned by damp cloth. Please know that this blanket can not be machine washed or dry cleaned, naturally air dried and line dry is ideal.
